you can print out your manual for free, it takes some computer searching but its there, print it, punch holes get a nice folder save $60, get the factory manual dont buy that shitty cheap brand its useless

Just bought one of these for 800, had an electrical problem, the guy pulled the cams out to see if it was the ignition timer. Bit didn't know how to put them back. I had the bike running in a day. It's now a commuter for me

Nice, but i think you've over engineered this tank and this is why,the inside tubing creates a chance for oil starvation which out weighs the cooling aspect. If cooling is something you want to incorporate build it out of aluminum. Food for thought.

i have a CV carb I wanted to switch to a single cable will I get less snap on my throttle? do I have to change anything in my carb?

Amateur. Once you adjust your cable you never touch it you do it all on the clutch pressure plate

I put new bearings in my crankcases.When I came to put the crank in and put the cases together, I cannot get the crank to go into the timing side bearing.It seems way too tight.

Will the bracket still work if you have the turn signals on the side of fxdls

Need more info on the brakes! HELP please! Your webpage says the brakes are not in stock. So how about some info on installing the stock brakes, if that's even possible?

No lie on using a precise regulator and not going over that 5 psi limit! I made the mistake of trusting my air compressor regulator and guessed where the needle was since it started at 20 and wasted a great tank that had just been ret-unnled. Luckily my friends welds held up and I didn't die Super scary stuff!

I bought 3 different tanks from you guys a 2 had holes. Very disappointed especially since both were welded then brazed and still had holes. The third seemed great painted it got it just right bolted it on and the tab cracked the tank ruined the paint. Please test your tanks a little better.

Good tutorial. You can get a mini air regulator with gauge like the one I use, for just over ten bucks at Home Depot It's already set up for 1/4" fittings which makes things simple. And, like Todd said... 3 psi, and definitely no more than 5.

Is there a mount from the front cylinder head to the front of the frame right where it splits into the two down tubes?
